Book Making Workshop

With writer Emma Decent

Sunday 18 November 11am-1pm | Upstairs at the Old Co-op, Rochdale Road, Todmorden

Always wanted a book of your own? Well here’s your chance. In this creative workshop for adults, you will make your own book in a morning. Using simple techniques and found materials including paper, words and recycled books, you will be guided and inspired to create your own uniquely portable magic. Bring your own book, images or writing to work with if you choose.

Writer, performer, poet and theatre-maker Emma Decent has been writing and performing for over 15 years and lives in Todmorden. Emma’s latest project is I Don’t Know What I’m Supposed To Be Doing, an autobiographical show about herself and her mother. Emma delivers workshops in performance and creative life writing to accompany her shows and teaches creative writing.
