Sarah-Jane (SJ) Clegg, co-owner of free-range, rare breed pork producer Porcus, and artisan cheesemaker Sandra Evans, co-owner of Pextenement Cheese Company share their personal stories and passion for farming in an exclusive event for Todmorden Book Festival.

 

The event looks at SJ and Sandra’s own journeys to becoming successful farmers, as well as exploring the challenges of rural life, the future of farming, and its role in building a stronger local food economy.
